Slingshot Video creates, produces and broadcasts programming for the U.S. Postal Service's electronic communications network, Postal Vision. Postal Vision consists of a 530 site network which broadcasts postal news and information via modem and LAN connections, to postal facilities across the country.

The electronic bulletin board messages are complemented with sports, weather and financial news, downloaded from software creators, Target Vision, of Pittsford, NY.

The Postal Vision display is best described as a slide show. The 24-hour service incorporates text and graphic messages as well as a VCR interface to increase the impact of daily presentation.
